Some are interesting, but they are few & far between. What I got out of this: don't be afraid of trying, never give up, find your passion, be your best self. Oh, and make sure you have an endless supply of funds, brains, and support to find your passion. The advice these people got was pretty bland, shallow, and predictable. I wonder what kind of brain dead, celebrity obsessed readers enjoyed this book; I'm glad I downloaded it for free. But I still want those hours of my life back.
