There is a lot to agree with in the book... how most reality television is disgusting (Fear Factor), celebrities think they are smart & everyone should agree with them, and how the education and political systems are getting way off track.  Plus, I laughed out loud when #100 were Paris Hilton's parents, because they should be ashamed of themselves for having thrust such a morally bankrupt person on society.

What I did not agree with was his support of people like Clarence Thomas.  Any time their misdeeds had to do with "supposed" sexual harassment, the author brushes it off.  As time has shown, Thomas has proved to be disappointing as a Supreme Court Justice, and disappointing as a human being.

I guess what Goldberg wanted to point out is that society needs the integrity and decency of the past combined with the equality of the present.  Unfortunately, that's not gonna happen.
