This workbook helps focus on a person's source of anxiety and depression, through writing exercises and checklists. Then it provides ways to cope with and overcome these problems. Writing down answers to prompts helped me realize how my triggers start, and hopefully I can stop my distorted thinking before I blow it out of proportion. I also appreciated the individual case studies... they included helpful examples of other people facing and recovering from their problems.
